Pacific Time 2:00 = Central Time 4:00 = Eastern Time 5:00
Games monitored are to be the same game selections released to your clients.
On game day all picks must be submitted prior to game
Do not submit late evening plays unless your clients get them.
Your selections can be e-mailed, faxed or called in.
E-mail address, fax and phone numbers will be provided when you become a TSM Member Service.
In order to help eliminate mistakes in hearing what you say if you call your selections in,
please state your team only, not both teams.
Please do not repeat the selections on the recording.
When submitting more than one sport, please say "in NFL" then give your picks for NFL, and then say "in NBA"... and "in
College"... and then give your picks.
Football is the only sport where selections can be submitted before game day. This is so you can take advantage of early odds. College and NFL football plays can be submitted beginning Monday morning of each week for the upcoming weekend. If you want your games graded by the odds at the time they are submitted be sure to include the line (odds) or total (Over or under) with each pick. The odds you use must be available at a minimum of three premium books at the time you submit it. Only the following books will be acceptable for odds reference. 5Dimes, BookMaker, Chris, The Greek, Hilton, BoDog, DSI, SBG and Legends. Several of these are free on Don Best. Once your picks are submitted using this system they can not be resubmitted. No odds change and no star rating change. It will be assumed your players got the game the same time it was submitted to TSM and that they put action on it.
Submit in schedule order and include the game date. If your team plays in several sports on that date.
You can include the rotation number of the game for clarification.
THE FOLLOWING APPLIES IF YOU WANT TO BE GRADED BY THE OFFICIAL TSM GRADING LINE ON GAME DAY
THE LINE IS A MOVING TARGET FOR THE HANDICAPPERS AND THE PLAYERS

FOOTBALL ODDS ON GAME DAY
Your grading line will also depend on when you submitted your picks. For example, if you submit your picks late in the day you will not have advantage of earlier odds. It will be assumed your players did not receive the game and could not take advantage of the early odds. If you submit early in the day it will be assumed your players can take advantage of the odds through out the day.

BASEBALL MONITORING RULES - STANDARD NEVADA REGULATIONS
1. Baseball selections will be accepted in the following manner:
A. (ACTION) Team against team, regardless of the starting pitcher.
B. One Specified Pitcher - specifying one pitcher, regardless of the other starting pitcher.
C. Both Specified Pitchers - If starting pitchers are not exactly as listed, your selection will be deemed (NO ACTION).
Exception: Overnight pitcher changes
It will be the handicappers responsibility to notify TSM if your overnight pitcher did not start. The only games TSM will grade for pitcher changes will be the games where there is an actual pitcher change from the days starting line up.
2. In the event there is a pitcher change prior to the game, money odds
may be adjusted.
3. A pitcher is deemed a starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.
4. Game winners and losers are official after 9 innings of play UNLESS the home team is leading after 8 1/2 innings.
CALLED GAMES must go 5 innings or 4 1/2 innings if the home team is ahead.
5. TOTALS - OVER/UNDER SELECTIONS
In the event of a pitcher change prior to the game, a totals play is deemed "NO ACTION" only if handicapper has boxed the pitchers Or if there is no line posted for the total after the pitcher change. A game must go the regulation 8 1/2 or 9 innings. If the game goes past regulation innings, and is subsequently suspended or postponed, it is considered "ACTION" and the winner or loser will be determined by the score at the time the game is called. In the case where the home team does not bat (3 outs) in the bottom half of an extra inning game, the score reverts back to the previous full inning of play.
SELECTIONS ARE GRADED AGAINST THE FOLLOWING MONEY LINE
The 10 cent line is used if the favorite is under 200, the 20 cent line is used from 200 to 235 and the 30 cent line is used from 240. Totals are graded at 11/10.
You also have the choice of using the run line.
